- Designers/Sales Associates – P/T or F/T
- We are seeking marketing savvy individuals with design experience who can help our business grow.
- This position requires individuals who are outgoing, fun, respectful, professional, and possesses the ability to work with people of varied demographics.
- The individuals we are seeking are confident in their abilities as sales people, designers, and workflow managers.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of window coverings sales including finding new clients, design, consulting on fabrics, styles, and functionality, sales and coordinating installations.
- Business Development: Use creative resourcefulness to network and find new warm leads. Develop new prospects and generate new sales opportunities through creative marketing strategies.
- Administrative tasks: Produce daily sales progress reports, complete sales contracts and measuring data, maintain follow-up records and communications with clients.
- Skill Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years’ previous sales experience in a commission based environment, preferably in interiors-related field.
- High school diploma; BA degree preferred.
- Ability to draw rough sketches.
- Ability to measure accurately.
- Must be computer literate and internet/e-mail savvy; Microsoft Office
- Professional image is a MUST.
